Contract types
Contract types are used to group contracts. The contract type determines the type of AR invoice which is used on settlement invoices. Typical contract types could include "Concessions", "Commercial", "Rental", etc.
Contract types can also be useful for setting up "template" contracts prepopulated with appropriate contract lines. These templates can be used to simplify the contract creation process.
